I went for Perm in CLOVER (far east plaza), the shop that create some noise in flower pot... they quite famous online... anyway they are having this 48% off promo...
So i did my hair permed... $120 after discount.. but they charge an additional $30 for hair cut (which i nvr demand and basically he didn't cut much.. onli abit of the very dry end nia) but after all $150 for my length is still a deal..
